Due to frequent health issues, nerve damage and arthritis in my main arm I do tend to need to pace myself and take breaks here and there between art pieces. So please keep in mind to be patient and understanding with me.

I don't work off verbal or text references alone. So please provide a proper reference sheet without shading.

I refuse to work with any references that have anything to do with ai art. If you try to commission me with ai art or stolen art I will decline your commission and black-list you.

If your reference sheet is a bit too difficult for me to follow or I feel I would not be able to do your piece justice I will decline doing your commission.

Anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed to commission me.

If you are under the age of 18 and purchase NSFW art I cannot be held accountable if you are under the legal age. This includes, but is not limited to, in a Court of Law.

If you are found to be under-aged and commission me for NSFW you will lose all rights to the art piece, and will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again. You are also agreeing that the artist may list your name, age, and all information and evidence publicly.

I refuse to work based off text only references. So please provide a proper reference sheet. No shaded reference sheets.

Once you have been black-listed you will not be permitted to purchase further art from me in the future

Please keep in mind that like most people I do like being treated with the same kindness I will treat you with. If that same respect is not given I will be inclined to cancel your commission.

I will only draw things I am comfortable with drawing. DO NOT pressure me into drawing something I am uncomfortable with.

Please be sure to be clear and list in the commission form any deadlines you may require for the commission.

If at any point I notice your ref is stolen/ traced or heavily referenced from another artist I will cancel your commission, report you to VGen Staff and black-list you.

My style is my style, and while it can change I will not mimic another artist style. [ Ex. Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks, Etc.]
